Technical (Support / Sales) Engineering Trainee Program
We are excited to announce 3 openings for motivated fresh graduates to join our Technical (Support / Sales) Engineering Trainee Program.
This is a 4-month structured training program designed to equip you with practical skills in software solutions, technology products, and sales engineering. Our trainees gain hands-on experience, mentorship from international experts, and exposure to both local and international markets as we expand our services beyond the borders of Lesotho.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any computer-related field.
- Applicants should be recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last 2 years
- Passionate about technology, sales, and customer solutions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Own PC & Mobile device required:
- Laptop with minimum Core i5, 4GB RAM.
- Android smartphone.
Program Details
Duration: 4 months.
Location: Adlabs CS, Kingsway, Maseru
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support / Sales Engineering Trainee, you will:
- Learn and understand our software solutions, technology products, and services.
- Provide basic technical support to clients under guidance and supervision.
- Assist in product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client communications.
- Participate in client onboarding and after-sales support activities.
- Engage in market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project and service delivery.
- Take part in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives for both the company and its clients.
- Document and report on activities, feedback, and learning progress.
Remuneration
This is a training program and does not include a fixed stipend or salary. However, we believe in recognizing contribution and performance:
- Trainees may receive support for effective work they carry out during the program.
- They will be eligible for attractive incentives based on the sales or coordination activities they are actively engaged in.
- High performers will have the chance to be absorbed into permanent employment at the end of the program.
