Technical Sales Engineer Trainee

• Assist in identifying customer needs and providing pre-sales technical support.
• Learn and understand the company’s product portfolio (software, hardware, and services).
• Participate in technical product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to create customized solutions.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Help set up and manage proof-of-concept deployments or pilot projects.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market needs, and product advancements.
